LDGN's continuing services for the Merritt 7 office complex in Norwalk, CT includes the recent completion of construction for landscape/hardscape renovation around Building 301. This project is part of a multiphase, multiyear project to renovate the entire office complex.

LDGN celebrates with Publishers Clearing House, the move of their headquarters from Port Washington to 300 Jericho Quad. The state of the art offices also includes outdoor amenity spaces for the enjoyment by their visitors and employees.

LDGN's long term involvement on the New Jersey Institute of Technology’s campus has seen the completion of the latest project, the renovation of the Guttenberg Institute of Technology Center main pedestrian entry. This renovation brings new life at this corner of campus, with new stairs, ramps, planting beds and a campus identity sign.

LDGN successfully oversaw the the renovation of the Wellington Station Shopping Center landscape. This refreshed landscape has already drawn more visitors to the site and the lease of some empty storefronts at this community commercial center.

LDGN's design of multiple terraces and the penthouse roof helped sales of this new Toll Brothers City Living luxury condo at 100 Barrow Street, in the West Village, which recently completed construction.

LDGN's Flour Garden/Brown’s Race project in the High Falls Section had the ribbon cutting ceremony attended by the mayor of Rochester and representative of the State’s Office of Economic Development. A long water course, native planting and animated fountains transformed this space into a community gathering area.

LDGN is pleased to announce work on two green infrastructure contracts. The first from the Governor's Office of Storm Recovery (GOSR) is a landscape and resiliency project located in Seagate, Brooklyn. The second is for the City Parks Foundation for green infrastructure and storm water management at various sites around Newtown Creek.
